I just stopped by your guest book to say hi guys, and thanks again for wonderful stays at Asha in 2007 and in 2007! I hope our family can come again sometime in 2008! The restaurant food is good, the pool is wonderfully cool on hot days, the location quiet and garden-like but close enough to sky train, and best of all are the wonderfully helpful and kind staff. Even, thanks so much for letting us stop by and catch our breath on our journey back to China from the Islands, even though we didn't spend the night passing back through. Asha for us is like a home away from home. Yah, the hall baths are not luxurious, and nobody appreciates when guests act slovenly (thankfully few) but just wear flip flops in the bathroom, that's not what you're going to remember about Bangkok! I imagine there's no better value for the money or more laid back ambience in Bangkok! The only thing I would change, if asked, would be to put a bit more light in the rooms and maybe do check the baths a few times more often during peak hours, but to anyone reading this -- I know from experience that if a problem is ever reported to this staff, they do something about it and get it resolved quickly. |
